For what purpose do we process personal data?

We process the information provided by the User through e-mails for the following purposes:

  • To attend to the request for information and queries that the User may make on the subjects related to the object of AEO.
  • In clients' cases, to manage the commercial relationship between them and AEO.

We will not use Users' data for purposes incompatible with those set out in this clause or specifically described.

How long will we keep the personal data?

The e-mails will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected and to determine any possible liabilities arising from this purpose, in addition to the legal periods established by the applicable regulations.

What is the legitimacy of the processing of personal data?

The processing of Users' data is carried out following the General Data Protection Regulation to:

  • Respond to your requests for information;
  • Send information about activities and events organised by AEO.

To which recipients will the personal data be communicated?

In general, we will not disclose Users' data to third parties, unless legally obliged.

In the case of clients, data may be communicated to:

  1. Tax and accounting consultancies and consultancy firms.
  2. Public bodies of an administrative and/or tax nature
  3. Financial institutions

in order to manage the commercial relationship established between AEO and its clients.

We will not use Users' data for purposes incompatible with those set out in this clause or specifically described.

What are Users' rights when they provide us with their data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.

Interested parties have the right to access their data and request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims.

In certain circumstances and on grounds relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. Accordingly, we will stop processing the data except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation by notifying us by e-mail at aeo@ambienteetodora.com
